California could be making the best decision ever in my opinion… By legalizing marijuana they can tax the crap out of it and control it a bit more… But the realy big part of this is if a farmer can grow marijuana, they sould also be able to grow hemp and make anything from food to make up and plastic alternatives and bio fuels.
Seems like we could also provide millions of jobs and people might get off work and go home and watch tv or clean rather than parting and drinking all night and driving home.
